This policy explains what Transfer Desk collects when you use Transfer Desk and this website, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details: the names and email addresses of the users in your workspace.
• Workspace content: what you and your team enter: players, clubs, requests, coaches, contacts, notes, files and messages.
• Billing: your plan and payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider; card details never reach us.
• Messages to us: what you send when you contact us on WhatsApp or by email.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to provide and support the service, bill your plan, keep the service secure, and answer you. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

Who helps us

We use trusted providers to run the service, under agreements that protect your data:

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• Vercel: website and app hosting.
• Stripe: our payment provider, which handles checkout, payments, invoices and tax calculation.
• Anthropic: the optional AI features (match checks, draft analyses and the WhatsApp assistant). For match checks and analyses we only send football information about players and requests, never phone numbers, contacts, notes, passports or mandates.
• Meta (WhatsApp): only if you use the WhatsApp assistant or contact us on WhatsApp.

Who can see your workspace

Only the users you add. Every request to the database is checked against your workspace, and phone numbers are never included in PDFs, share links or copied pitches. Share links show only what you choose, and you can switch them off at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as your subscription runs. When it ends we delete your workspace within 30 days, unless you ask us to keep it longer. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us and we will answer within 30 days.
